We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, duplicate items, character preferences, color preferences, or dissatisfaction with randomly selected items.

Mystery & Random Items 💕

Lucky Scoops, Gacha, surprise gifts, plush, accessories and other mystery items are randomly selected. Specific characters, colors, styles, designs, brands, or items are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.

Receiving duplicate or similar items does not qualify an order for a return, exchange, or refund.

All Gacha prizes are randomly selected and are final sale once purchased.

Free & Promotional Gifts 🎁

Complimentary gifts and promotional items have no cash value and cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, or redeemed for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or packing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
